Muito mal pensado. Impossível criar conta porque o "telefone já está sendo usado". Provavelmente o telefone foi usado por outra pessoa no passado. Ridículo usar telefone como identificação em 2023, e tem a audácia de falar que é "tecnologia de ponta". Depois tentei usar meu número de telefone estrangeiro, mas não permite colocar números de telefone estrangeiros nem mesmo com "cliente estrangeiro" selecionado. App amador que deu sorte em ganhar licitações em algumas cidades do Brasil mesmo.
